How does pre-ordering work?

We offer select product for pre-order on our website. Each item will have detailed online the expected delivery date to store. As soon as it is available we will ship it and you will receive a shipping notification.

Do you price match?

At Wittner, we offer an exclusive product. Therefore, there is nothing to price match.

I've seen a Wittner product cheaper on The Iconic. Will you price match?

The Iconic purchases shoes from Wittner, and they will occasionally price to clear selected sizes. Unfortunately, we do not match these prices as they are out of our control.

My local store is sold out of my size. Can I order it in?

Yes, you can either order the product online and have the item shipped to you, or you can order it into stores. If you would like to order the item to your local store, we require a 50% deposit, and orders under $120 may incur fees.

I can't find the shoe I'm lookng for online. How can I purchase it?

Select items may not be available for purchase on the website, just as selected items may not be available in all stores. Items are also removed from our website when we do not have sufficient stock to supply demand. Once removed from the website, online orders cannot be placed. You can check the availability of the item at a store close to you by entering your postcode in our 'Find In Store' option.

How can I check whether an item is available in my local store?

You can locate which Wittner store has your special item(s) before you head to the store. Simply entering your postcode in our 'Find In Store' option on the product's page, you can check the availability of that item(s) at a store closest to you.

How does Click & Collect work?

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from your preferred Wittner store at no cost. During the checkout process you can choose to collect the items in your shopping bag from a Wittner store of your choice within Australia. Your order will be processed and prepared for collection at your nominated store. We aim to have online orders available for collection in store within 3 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS when your order is ready for collection. It’s that easy and convenient! If this store is unable to fulfil your order we will ship it to your delivery address at no cost within 3 – 5 business days. Please note Click & Collect is not available on items under $75.00

How do I collect my Click & Collect order?

Within 3 hours of placing your order you’ll be sent an email or SMS to confirm that your order is ready to pick up. Now all you have to do is visit your nominated store, collect your order and enjoy!

Can I return a Click & Collect order?

Yes, any full priced item purchased through Click & Collect may be refunded within 14 days of collection of the goods, provided that the item is unworn and in its original condition. Any Reduced or Sale Merchandise bought with layby returned to our stores, within 14 days of purchase, can be exchanged or a Wittner Credit Note can be issued.

What happens if my Click & Collect order is not available in store?

If your nominated store is unable to fulfil your order, we will ship it to your delivery address at no cost within 3 – 5 business days.
