My payment hasn't gone through, what should I do?

If your payment hasn’t been accepted, we haven’t received your order. Please try again or contact contact Wittner Customer Service, on (03) 9428 1900 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm AEST) or email support@wittner.com.au

If I've paid by bank transfer, how long does it take for my order to be processed?

Your bank transfer will be acknowledged the morning after the payment has been made, and we will ship from that time.

Can I use my in-store voucher online?

Currently store vouchers (gift and credit notes) can only be used in store, and e-vouchers can only be used online.

Can I use my e-voucher in-store?

Currently e-vouchers can only be used online, and store vouchers (gift and credit notes) can only be used in store

Do credit notes, gift cards or e-vouchers expire?

Unfortunately, gift cards & e-vouchers expire 3 years from the date of issue. Credit notes expire 6 months from the date of issue.

Can I use an e-voucher/gift card/credit note if it has expired?

No, you cannot use an e-voucher/gift/card/credit note if it has expired.

How can I purchase an e-voucher/gift card?

You can purchase e-vouchers online, under the accessories page. You can also buy store vouchers through this page. 

You can also purchase a gift voucher at any Wittner store. Use our Store Locater to find your closest store

Can I return an item that was purchased with an e-voucher/gift card?

Yes, when returning a purchase made with an e-voucher, credit note or gift card, you will receive a credit note, gift card or e-voucher for the value of the purchase.

What if my e-voucher, credit note or gift card is lost or stolen?

For misplaced e-vouchers, please contact us so we can check whether your e-voucher has been redeemed. Contact us Wittner Customer Service on (03) 9428 1900 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm AEST) or email support@wittner.com.au

Unfortunately, gift cards and credit notes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Can I transfer my e-voucher, credit note or gift card?

Yes, e-vouchers and gift cards are a gift and can be redeemed by anyone. Credit notes can also be redeemed by anyone.

How do I redeem my credit note?

To redeem your credit note, simply present it in any Wittner store. Use our Store Locator to find your closest Wittner store.

Can I pay for my order over the phone?

Unfortunately, no. To protect our customers card security, we do not take payments over the phone in any Wittner location. You can either pay in store or online.

What is Zippay?

Zippay is a digital wallet. You can make purchases up to $1,000 with no upfront payment or interest. For more details, go to www.zippay.com.au

How do I get started with Zippay?

To get started, you can sign up to purchase with Zippay. Go to www.signupzippay.com.au and create an account, or SMS SHOES to 0428245234 to receive a link to the sign up page in store. Or when shopping online, if you do not already have a Zippay account you can sign up at the checkout.

What do I do if I have a problem wth my Zippay account?

All Zippay transactions are managed by Zippay. Please contact Zippay Customer Care on 1300 947 729, or go to www.zippay.com.au

How does Paypal work?

Paypal is a tender type available on our website. When paying through Paypal the customers payment method is not visible to us, we only see the Paypal transaction.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay is a digital wallet. It allows the customer to make 4 fortnightly instalments wholly managed by Afterpay.

Can I use Afterpay or Zippay in store?

Yes, we currently offer both Afterpay and Zippay as payment options in store.

Does Wittner offer layby?

Wittner offers layby for in-store purchases only. Full Price items may be laybyed in store with a minimum 20% deposit and $5.00 non-refundable layby fee for a period of up to 4 weeks. Reduced or Sale Merchandise may be laybyed with a minimum 50% deposit and $5.00 non-refundable layby fee for a period of up to 2 weeks. Payments can only be made in the store the layby was created in. For items below $50.00, no layby is available.

Can I make a layby payment at another store or online?

Layby payments can be made through other stores, however the final payment and collection of goods must occur at the store of purchase. We are unable to take layby payments online.

Can I get a refund on a layby?

Yes, any layby of a full priced item may be refunded within 30 days of collection of the goods, provided that the item is unworn and in its original condition. Any Reduced or Sale Merchandise bought with layby returned to our stores, within 30 days of purchase, can be exchanged or a Wittner Credit Note can be issued.
